With nearly two decades of experience in rural and commercial real estate, Blake brings unmatched expertise to every transaction. As General Manager for South Texas Land Limited Partnership, he currently oversees tens of thousands of farm and ranch acres, manages numerous commercial properties across three states, and works with over 50 commercial and agricultural tenants.

Since joining STLLP in 2019, Blake has assisted the partnership in buying and selling thousands of acres and has grown its rural real estate portfolio by nearly 30% and doubling their commercial real estate holdings and developed a proven track record of finding off-market properties and executing complex 1031 and 1033 tax-deferred exchanges.

Before STLLP, Blake headed the Bay City branch of Capital Farm Credit, steadily growing their portfolio prior to his departure. Earlier in his career, he gained extensive experience as a commercial lender at NewFirst National Bank and as a Certified General Appraiser for Allen, Williford & Seals, Inc., where he specialized in rural property valuation and market studies across seven states and over 30 Texas counties. His combined background in appraisal, lending, and large-scale property management gives clients a strategic edge in both buying and selling.

A 2007 graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Agribusiness, Blake was born and raised in El Campo and remains an active part of his community. He currently serves as Mayor Pro-Tem of El Campo and treasurer for Matagorda Bays CCA. His past board service includes the West Wharton County Hospital District, Northside Education Center, and El Campo Chamber of Commerce.

Blake is married to Kristi and they have two children, Olivia and Reese. When he’s not helping clients or managing properties, you’ll likely find him on the golf course, wade fishing in Texas bays, or cooking for his family.
